        How is Momentous® Signature Spec Creatine the best creatine?

        Momentous® Signature Spec Creatine, simply put, is the cleanest creatine on the market verified by a testing protocol that goes far beyond the standard FDA requirements, including multiple third-party certifications and testing for microplastics and PFAS.

        Does creatine only help with workouts, or does it support brain health too?

        Both. About 5% of your body's creatine is stored in your brain, where it fuels the same ATP energy system that powers your muscles. Research shows creatine supplementation supports working memory, reduces mental fatigue under stress, and protects cognitive function under conditions like sleep deprivation, heavy mental workload, and aging.         Is this still formulated with Creapure ® ?

        No, we no longer source our Creatine from Creapure. Our new Signature Spec™ Creatine is made in a pharmaceutical facility to a spec we own (called Signature Spec) which is produced with tighter purity controls allowing for 10x fewer impurities than our previous creatine, 2-5x tighter heavy metal limits, and additional screening to validate levels of microplastics and PFAS.

        Powder or Chews - how do I choose?

        Both deliver the same Signature Spec™ Creatine, so the decision comes down to lifestyle. Choose powder if you already have a daily shake or hydration routine you can add it to. Choose chews if you travel often, want something you can take without water, or simply prefer the convenience of grab-and-go. Many customers use powder at home and Chews on the road.

        Signature Spec™ Creatine is available in powders starting June 16th, 2026 and will be available for Creatine Chews on July 1st, 2026.

        Can I take creatine every day?

        Yes, you can take creatine daily indefinitely, and no, you don't need to cycle on and off. Cycling is a holdover from older supplement protocols and isn't supported by current research. Creatine works by maintaining saturated muscle and brain stores — when you stop, those stores gradually return to baseline over 4–6 weeks, and the benefits taper with them. For most people, the goal is sustained daily use as part of a long-term performance and longevity routine.

        You bet it is! Not only is Signature Spec™ Creatine third-party tested, but it follows an unrivaled 6-stage testing & certification protocol leveraging 4 different independent agencies: Eurofins, Light Labs, NSF Certified for Sport®, and TESTED by SuppCo. The testing begins with raw materials and continues through to off-the-shelf packaged goods, ensuring that anytime the product changes locations it remains as pure as when it started.
